I'm having a problem with a website which is hosted or maintained by Paradigm.


Please check the following before filing a support request:

  • First, reboot the computer(s) where the problem occurs. Many problems can be solved with a simple reboot.
  • If your problem is related to inaccessability of a website or email,
    can you access other sites on the web? Your internet connection may not be working properly. If your connection is not working properly, please contact your ISP.
  • Are your connection settings for email set up properly? Has someone changed them? If the settings do not match the original ones provided by Paradigm, change them.
  • Have you installed any software on your computer recently? If so, try uninstalling that software - it may be causing a conflict.
  • Have you downloaded all of the latest Windows Updates? Check http://www.microsoft.com/windowsupdate to see if you need additional updates.
