
In the case where you are expecting an email
message which has not yet arrived, please
follow these steps:
1) Email the sender of the message and
ask if they have sent the message as
of this time.
2) If the sender confirms their sending
of the message, wait 1 hour to see if
it arrives in your inbox.
3) If after 1 hour you still cannot confirm
receipt of the message, fill out the
form on the right hand panel.
