	Jeffrey J. Hahn Vice President / Design Director Jeffrey has a BA in Studio Arts from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and is active in the Omaha arts scene. In the design field he's a double threat with finely tuned aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of emerging technology. Previous to founding Paradigm Creative Media he worked as an application developer and graphic artist. Not uncommonly, Jeff has Eureka! moments when he finds unforeseen applications of existing platforms.
	Kevin M. Flatowicz-Farmer President / Business Manager Kevin entered the marketing world as a web designer and has worked for both web design and direct marketing agencies. At Paradigm, Kevin keeps the train on the tracks with strategic planning, copywriting and information design. "I'm fascinated by the structures of information. Using the natural flow of communication I try and create effortless and effective products."
